5 Days Capacity Building Programme

Our college recently hosted a 5-day capacity-building program for students of Nursing department. The program aimed to enhance skills and knowledge in emerging areas, preparing students for medical challenges. Expert sessions, workshops, and hands-on training were conducted on topics such as essential clinical skills (like wound care, ECG interpretation, preeclampsia management), crucial soft skills (communication, leadership, stress management), modern healthcare challenges (telehealth, AI in nursing, disaster preparedness), and specialized areas like geriatrics, pediatrics, mental health, and palliative care more.
