The World Environment Day Celebration 2026 at Apollo College of Nursing was successfully conducted with active participation from students, faculty members, and dignitaries. Through various activities such as tree plantation, art competition, presentations, skit performance, panel discussion, and environmental oath-taking, the program effectively promoted awareness about environmental conservation and sustainable living practices.
The theme, "Our Planet, Our Responsibility: Act Today for a Better Tomorrow," inspired everyone to recognize their role in protecting nature and preserving natural resources for future generations. The event encouraged students to adopt eco-friendly habits, conserve water and electricity, and actively participate in tree plantation initiatives.
The celebration concluded on a positive note, reinforcing the message that collective efforts and responsible actions can contribute significantly towards building a greener, healthier, and more sustainable world.
